We would send patients to PEMCO. Problem is...Couldn t even get a call back. Our patients would say when they call they get put into a voicemail box and never get a call back.

After several patients complaints. I decided to call. After 5 voicemails left. I never got a call back either. They need to think about replacing whomever is in charge of referrals.
