Pathetic, unfortunate ... the lady who cleans and ...

Pathetic, unfortunate ... the lady who cleans and punctures is the radiologist (I doubt her degree).
Long hours of waiting. Give the same time to 4 patients regardless of your time.
It's the least professional I've ever met
