Printer worked fine until I changed the ink to GEN...

Printer worked fine until I changed the ink to GENUINE CARTRIDGES and then not only did the paper get into "constantly jammed/never print again" mode, but the SCANNER gets stuck in a mode where it scans 68 pages in a 10-page feed, and then takes HOURS to cancel the scan.

COMPLETELY. USELESS.

I might set this printer on fire, but I'm afraid it might not even burn correctly.
