I ordered fake snow and berry branches (ONE ORDER)...

I ordered fake snow and berry branches (ONE ORDER) and i paid for 3 Day shipping. i got an email from UPS that it will be here on thursday (3 days) then i got another email that it will be here friday (after the 3 day) and i tried calling customer service to see if they are sending them to me separately or what and of course you cant ever talk to anyone in customer service. its so frustrating, whenever i get my items i am immediately returning them for a FULL REFUND! this place sucks!
