The face of customer service here is an apathetic twenty-something girl. I waited in line for 5 minutes and watched her stare blankly at a wall as she waited for her supervisor to come and help a gentleman in front of me. The printing staff were helpful and friendly, however. The manager needs to rework her staff to optimize customer service.
