If the property you're renting has a dodgy owner who doesn't want to spend money on major maintenance for health & safety reasons, I do not recommend House Smart as they do not keep their owners in check...maintenance takes 2+ years to complete after frequent reports being sent in.
Communication is a joke with these guys.

The supporting structure of the enclosed GAMES ROOM is rusted, may only last 2 more wet seasons. This is due to the tin sheeting not being laid correctly 1s or corrected in time. This has caused several leaks leading to black mould & rotting within the WALLS & FLOOR.
There is black mould growing in the loungeroom due to a (now correctly blocked) leak in the chimney where a (now) swollen chipboard cabinet has been fixed into the fireplace.
