My husband and I just had a new furnace, air conditioner and humidifier installed. Russ the Service Expert gave us good advice to help us decide on our next steps. Yuri was very comprehensive and patient in helping us to make our choices, treating both of us with respect and answering all of our questions and concerns. His followup visit was greatly appreciated. Rob and Jon who installed our furnace and air conditioner were very knowledgeable, professional, detailed, skilled, and efficient, also answering our questions and never making us feel rushed. Their cleanup was impeccable.
Curtis came the following day to install the humidifier. We found him pleasant and efficient, answering any questions with patience.
During the install the office also phoned in to see how things were going .
This was an efficient, non stressful install and we greatly appreciated everyone's efforts.
