Buying a vehicle from Mentor Mitsubishi was about as painless as it can get! From the salesman to the financial "guy", it was handled smoothly and easily. I had done my homework prior to arriving, so I knew approximately what my trade-in was worth. I also had roamed around their website and picked out the vehicle of my interest. Surprisingly, with the rebates and other things available to me, I drove out with a brand new Outlander Sport instead of Pre-owned.
