I am very pleased with our new Sequoia townhome.
It is a quality build and we were able to make changes to the floorplan to put our own personal touch on our new home. Inside the home is very quiet, spacious, and feels like I am in a single family home.

The neighborhood and neighbors are excellent. Many thanks to Linda Minnich. Linda is awesome and was with us every step of the way from first visit all the way through settlement and picking up the keys.

Thanks to Dave and Ed who answered questions during the build process.

Although my plan is to retire in this home, if the need arises I would purchase from Kay Builders again.
