I have a Jeep Compass that has a broken transmission fill tube. Have called and left no less than 4 UNRETURNED voicemails with service. Why doesn't anyone return my call? Why doesn't anyone answer the phone?! My Jeep is out of service, not drive-able, sitting in my driveway (because I can see dirt in the fill tube) waiting on some poor overworked service writer to put down their smartphone, listen to their voicemails and return my call. Seriously...do I need to call the Service Manager or GM to reach someone at this dealership?!?!?!

"Bill Ham" is a pseudonym, that is why you "don't have a record of me at your dealership". Try checking the voicemails in the service department...you will find the unreturned messages. I already booked, scheduled and dropped my car off for the warranty service with Southern in Norfolk, way out of my way, because you wouldn't ANSWER THE PHONE!
