Called Friday evening on July 2nd with low water pressure. About 15 minutes later the doorbell rings and it's someone from the Water Department. He explained what the problem was in detail and that they had been working to solve it for a number of hours while waiting for EverSource to fix the source of the issue. Water pressure was restored within a couple of hours. Thank you!
