James Erdle... Should be addressed as "Erdle the Turtle". I cannot believe after sending this man a $5000 retainer he could not provide me an "assessment" of my already filed lawsuit against another individual. He in fact billed me $4000 or 80% of the retainer and STILL COULD NOT OFFER AN OPINION ON MY CASE!!! So after not seeing an itemized bill for his services, how could I ever believe he honestly earned 10+ hours of billing time? And even if he did... still no opinion on whether my case was solid or otherwise. C'mon I couldn't imagine his cost to bring my case through discovery... $40,000 - $75000? Integrity Erdle... look it up.
