Had siding done on my doormer. No leaks before. After their work my daughter's closet began leaking an absurd amount. After about 2 months they finally show up to fix whatever it was that went wrong. The guy was arguing with me for 15 minutes about how he's been doing this for 30 years and it wasn't his fault, etc. It's one thing to have a conversation, it's another to catch an attitude about it. I had ZERO leaks before their work and had leaks after. No communication whatsoever, they showed up late after rescheduling twice. He's still outside "fixing" the problem but he's griping and complaining and talking so much bad things about me and the house. Tried calling their home office. Tried sending an email. Since then I've had to file a home insurance claim because of the extensive water damage inside my home (which the repair guy is saying it hasn't rained at all...). My grandfather who used to work in construction comes out to talk to this guy and he proceeds to argue with my grandfather too. This man specifically is absolute trash. Poor customer service. Poor responsiveness. Poor punctuality. And has completely ruined the experience of this company. Will not have them return to finish the rest of the house for the siding the claim is "exclusive" to them (I've had other estimates with the same company pamphlet). I'm absolutely livid how this guy thinks he can talk to me and my family.
No they're not gunna fix the damage inside the home that they caused.
I'm not one to leave reviews. I'm not one to go out of my way to complain. So if that tells you anything about how poor this company is...
Hopefully he picks up the cigarette butts out of my yard that he's been cheifing on.

**2 week update: they sent me a bill for what they "fixed" (over $500). It's still leaking an absurd amount. I'm being held liable for what they messed up and refuse to acknowledge was their fault (even though I'm pretty sure this is why they have insurance to cover damages that may occur on their behalf). Have since found nails in my yard thanks to my dog and kid, the last two things I want hurt, he didn't pick up his cigarette butts, and they decided to have lunch and left fried chicken bones in my yard. Reported to BBB. Waiting for response from company once again. At this point I'm terrified to have them come back to touch anything on my home and another confrontation with the crew they sent out. Talking to home insurance company and they said not to file a claim because this company is at fault.

I honestly didn't expect this terrible of service. The men who did the estimate were decent enough. A bit pushy but that's to be expected when their livelyhood is dependent upon those sales. Before covid I was at work when they men were here doing the job. My grandfather signed off on my behalf because it did look nice. It's on the second story so can only be seen from the ground. When we first notice the leak the dry wall was just wet and dripping. Since then they drywall and insulation has come out, not by choice. I don't know what to do at this point.
