The friendly and efficient service provided by my sales agent Clinton Miller and his staff at GEM Real Estate of Parksville Qualicum in sellng my property at Pacific Shores Nanoose Bay was much appreciated.Of particular note was the quick response in finding a second buyer within 5 days of the initial buyer backing out most unexpectedly at the point of final subject removal.
