Illegal Pete's is so good! I have been here often since moving to Boulder. Same choose-your-own style as chipotle and qdoba but much better. I usually get the veggie nachos or burrito and it is easily enough for 2 meals. There is also a small patio that's nice in the summer to sit out with a margarita.
