Though we love good food, when it came down to it price & quality of service were our top priorities. And of course, that the caterer was on our venue's exclusive list. After going through a dozen caterers we narrowed our search which was a large part due to the wonderful service we received over the phone & then in person and there was the bonus of their food being delicious and personalized to us (I wanted Nigerian cuisine incorporated, as well as an overall carnival theme).

Though there was a bit of turnover, Alicia stepped in and was a pleasure to work with throughout the rest of the process. The only regret I have is not having our timing & guest list locked down before we signed our contract and not asking the costs of add-ons earlier. All in all, though, CE was a great part of our wedding even getting me the icecream I wanted to go with our pies(!!!) & our planner really appreciated having the help to coral our families and other day of tasks.
