This was hands down the most unprofessional experience I have had with a rental company. I made an APPOINTMENT with Kristi Osborn to see a rental property. when I showed up she had 5 other couples walking around the rental with more walking in behind me. I asked her if this was an open house and she told me she just had so many responses to this property that she just had us all come at the same time. Not only was that neighborhood unable to handle the traffic flow....I'm not waisting my time with someone who is going to waste mine. I'm going going to stand their and compete with other couples. Extremely unprofessional. I will not rent any properties with your company.
