Rude. Terrible customer service and the return policy is bogus for the merchandise they offer. That's the last hundred's of dollars they get from me! Their site won't allow reviews of the products they offer if they aren't positive, 5 star, reviews so I can't even warn other homeschoolers about the junk they sell. Buyer beware.
