I bought my Outback with the service plan so when I took my car in for the first service I discovered that I had a nail in my tire that was irreparable. O Brien didn t have one in stock so I made arrangements with a local tire dealer to have it replaced. Long story short, the tire dealer fell through and when I called O Brien Eric got me in on the spot (they had gotten in a new supply by then). I was in and out in and hour AND the tire was $100 cheaper than at the tire dealer! I highly recommend this service department!
