I liked the hours (being open later), however I waited over three hours for routine work (with an appointment). My service representative did not reply to any of my text messages, therefore I had to work with another rep on obtaining my vehicle and paying since he was MIA. When I approached the representatives, turns out my car was complete, but no one notified me. The text messaging system would be beneficial if someone replied to me.

I m not sure if I ll return here for further service.
