The main courses were up next. My friend had the Bay of Fundy salmon, while I had the marinated pork loins. If you had to choose between the two, go for the salmon. The pork was quite boring. The salmon, by contrast, had a beautifully crispy skin, and a good amount of flavor. Still, both dishes were plated nicely, but the salmon was definitely the star.
