The situation was desperate. I'm from out of town. I called them from the road to let them know my dog was overheating and that they needed to have oxygen ready. Without their quick thinking and fast action, my dog would have probably not made it. A trip to a vet ER is always bad and always expensive. The staff made the experience as good as possible. They were attentive, took all the time I needed, returned phone calls, and kept me informed. The cost was reasonable and expected. The care they took with my dog was top-notch. My dog's outcome was good. I am forever grateful.
