Not a bad venue. It's kinda medium-sized so even sitting in the 3rd tier for the Monsta X concert wasn't ridiculously far from the stage. It wasn't hard to climb over ppl in the row to get to our seats so there's decent space to get through. The ticket window staff wasn't the nicest, but I guess that's not the venue's fault.
