The check in was 4pm but we had to wait until 6pm ...

The check in was 4pm but we had to wait until 6pm for the room. The hotel staff kept asking us to do the self check-in at kiosks and the system kept saying the room was not ready and it would inform by email when ready. The room has view but the window is dirty and we could not see the scene properly. And there was a dirty tissue behind the bed. However, the location is great and parking is free for hotel guests.
