This was my first day visiting Charlotte and I wanted to get a Honda Dealership familiar with servicing my car in the area. Went for an oil change just for them not to reassemble my car correctly. Called to speak to management and was rudely disconnected. Would not share their names. Erin was the rude representative that would not allow me to be transferred to the service management. She kept insisting to call my service advisor and if she doesn t answer wait for a call back. I directly asked her to speak to a manager and denied it then hung up. When I finally was transferred to the service manager after calling and getting hung up on multiple times, he suggest I find a dealership in an area I had no intentions of traveling to. Not to mention I had to drive to GA with this malfunction. On the bright side they covered the damage for another Honda dealership to replace. It was very inconvenient and unprofessional. It should have been done right the first time especially after waiting almost 2 hours. Definitely will not be returning. Rebecca was a really great advisor.
