the most incompetent organization i have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. they repeatedly lose the power of attorney documents, that i had sent multiple times from a branch. customer service are friendly but do not make notes so each time i have to start from scratch. once again, they blocked my access so i am unable to pay the nursing home or caregivers for my father. they were able to "unblock" a few months ago after several calls, but this time i again have to send the same documents from a branch. which i did. somehow they did not receive them. so we sent again. then they realize they need another document which had been sent multiple times. i have lost so many hours, and suffered enormous stress and embarassment trying to explain this to the people i am supposed to be paying. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

TD is so easy to work with in comparison.
