Applied for passport renewal. After registering, the staff said the new passport can be collected in 3 working days and she said it will finished in 3 working days. I came back 3 days later at the date she mentioned before, wasted my time and money just to know that my passport has not finished yet. And the staff was rude and not helping at all this time. Have sent an email too before to inquire regarding passport renewal process and they never replied. I m an Indonesian and you treat your own people this way. No wonder there are a lot of bad reviews from the foreigners. This is a shame for our country!
