Love the gym, steam room and spa treatments. Nice ...

Love the gym, steam room and spa treatments. Nice and warm greetings. I was greeted by a long line at the check-in desk but that issue was resolved by a friendly staff that assisted me after she knew that I used the mobile check-in. There should be a designated line for mobile app users.
