After receiving what I felt was sub-par service and negotiating for a small cost reduction for the additional cleanup I needed to perform following our termite treatment, I posted a negative review. Jessy with customer service immediately (less than 24 hours) reached out to see if she could make it right. We were able to reach an agreement so while I was not pleased with the initial service they did make things right in the end.
