Warning: if you want to get your $1,000 smart phone ripped off then use one of their lockers without checking to be sure that it actually latches at the top. I've talked to everyone there including emailing the CEO and while they've said they would lock out the affected lockers, they've done nothing.

I'd love to give them a much higher score but I can't:

Playcare hours are limited during the week and non-existent on Sundays.. we are a busy family and not having the option to get a workout in on Sunday is almost a deal breaker.

The activity pool hours are very limited.

There is only one family changing room.

The staff is a mixed bag. Some know what customer service is about, others couldn't care less. Case in point, I discovered a locker that was broken and easily opened even when locked, in a way that a patron would likely not notice. I informed the front desk twice and it wasn't dealt with. When I informed the manager on duty she treated me like I'd just turned myself in for murdering someone. She informed me that she'd have a lock put on the locker at close of business. I told her that the locker was not in use and she ignored me, even though there were signs posted in the locker room that recent thefts had occurred. This is why I'm scoring a 2 out of 5. Why should a patron lose their phone and wallet due to management carelessness. Once I see signs of improvement I'll gladly raise their score. Excellence in customer service is easy when people care enough to do their job and not play on the computer all day.

Other than that it's a great place to give your business too, great vibe, great people, great facility, great parking.
