Staff not really helpful, giving wrong information...

Staff not really helpful, giving wrong informations and not really clear in general. I asked the same thing to 3 different persons and they gave me 3 different answers.
The golden lounge has a nice atmosphere and good food, even if I expected more choice. But staff inside there, is the best.
