Awesome experience with Marshall from Cottage to Castle in Fredericton! We had him over to do a pre-listing inspection to educate us on the current condition of our home, and to inform us of anything we may not have known, so we can have our home in tip top shape when we finally do list it. He arrived on time and completed his inspection at the time discussed. His report presentation was clear and easy to understand. He walked through our home with us and pointed out some of the things he mentioned in his report. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend! Thanks again Marshall!
