Hi, thank you for your reply. I contacted the reception and showed the response received from the hotel. They refunded the amount for 1 night. I Appreciate the quick action.


No doubt that the hotel is in good location and the rooms are very comfortable. The sad part is that even the natural disasters will not stop the hotel to charge the room rate for customer. My flight was rescheduled by airline due to the typhoon in hongkong, hence I arrived one day later than my booked reservation dates. I had called the hotel to inform about the same. But there was no hospitality for the situation I went through and hotel charged as per my original booking. My Japanese friend came to the hotel to request them to charge only for my stay but they denied. My friend said this behaviour is really not common in Japan. I do not recommend this hotel if you are looking for best hospitality. I am unhappy
