Worst experience I have ever had in my life!!! I attended this salon in late December 2017 I asked for my hair to be a natural blonde with a blended root look. My hair came out grey on the ends and I was charged $200!! I rang and asked for it to be fixed. When I returned to the salon I was spoken to very poorly and certainly did not receive any customer service. She would not listen to what u wanted and I ended coming out with brown hair which I was very upset about... I wanted it fixed but the owner had to rush home to her child. I have since rang and text asking for a refund to no avail. I have been completely ignored. I think this is absolutely disgraceful as I work in the beauty industry myself and understand customer service is number 1. My pine calls and texts are not even been replied to. $200 was way too pricey to begin with but to have my hair colour completely changed and no care given about how I felt is disgraceful! Save yourself and do not attend this salon.
