Having a good realtor makes a world of difference when buying a home. I had a realtor in the past that I felt didn t give me the proper attention and guidance because he had bigger fish to fry. Cole Davis is a whole different story. The knowledge and attention Cole gave me was second to none. We looked at several homes together and he helped me find a great house for a great deal. Buying a home can be very stressful but Cole made the whole experience easier and even fun. I always recommend him to people that are looking to buy or sell a home and I will definitely use him as my realtor in the future.
