What a lovely experience to deal with a knowledgeable and efficient employee! A big thank you to Kristal from Artona Group Inc. who assisted me online today in making an appointment for my son's graduation photo session. I had some technical difficulty in making the appointment myself, and also could not attend the session on the days they had set out for my son's school. Kristal booked an appointment for my son on a date and time that suited us, and did so in a friendly and efficient manner. Thank you, Kristal and Artona. We look forward to the photo session!
