Pure Energy was great to work with. We replaced all of our windows with them, and from the initial appointment through post-install we had a good experience. The initial appointment was not pressure-filled, and all of our questions were answered. Install went well and the crew was good! After install, we noticed some damage in one of our window frames so we took photos and called, and Pure Energy took care of it right away. The person working on that particular window had just tried to fill in a gouge that was created in the frame, instead of telling the lead installer. Pure Energy sent someone out to look at it, quickly acknowledge that should not have happened, and we scheduled a time (quickly) and the lead installer came back out and fixed our frame. I'd recommend Pure Energy in a heartbeat!
