Purchase 13 sets of Icicle lights from the Walmart...

Purchase 13 sets of Icicle lights from the Walmart website. The color wasn't of my liking. Christmas Central does not have the same return policies as Walmart. I was told to ship it back on my own dime ($35) and have had no communication with Christmas central in over a month if the package was received. I have had no credit from the returned. I've called numerous times. Left numerous messages and nothing. No one has returned my call or responded to my emails. Poor poor business practice.
