Ben was great, showed up on time. Masked and gloved! He was patient when I asked him questions. When he left everything was cleaned up ( my wife was happy) I have a lot of respect for him. He knew I had a concern about a price for a replacement lamp on my Air Purifier, he called me after the job was finished to let me know the price I had was way off. He didn't have to do that!
