As per many other reviews on here, terrible customer service. Placed order on 13th May, raised help desk ticket on 19th may having not received goods or received dispatch notice. Was then responded to on 20th May to be told they need more information about my address which is ridiculous, especially having to wait 8 days to be told that and the effort being on my part to raise a ticket to enquire. Called and cancelled order and spoke with someone who sounded so bored and uninterested.
