-Very attentive and friendly service
-Gift shop available
-Amazing food
-Really nice decor
-Drink and ice machines on every floor
-Clean and well stocked rooms
-Proximity to hot springs
-Pool and hot tub, unlimited towels and goggles
-Great views
-Deals
-Available room service
-Elevators

Not so good things:
-Small TV
-Beds were hard and rough
-Lack of garbages throughout hotel
-Complications with phone
-Pricy food
- Could hear the neighbors and their business clearly
