I am still in this place (sadly) and I'd like to share why people should avoid it.
It has very small rooms, but that's OK - after all it's in down-town and affordable.
Right next to my bed (because the room is small) is a giant integrated AC/heater built right into the window. That is also common.
But what is not common is that the AC/heater is either completely on or off. You cannot set it to shut off at a certain temperature or time. It's 45 degrees outside, the windows are paper-thin and I have the choice between sleeping with a giant loud machine blowing real hot air right onto me or sleeping in 45 degrees cold.
When I complained to the reception, they were nice and all, but all they could do is give me blankets - according to them all the rooms are like that. They mumbled something about old building, but this is rubbish - AC/heaters with a thermostat are not exactly a novelty.
Oh btw, what they call "internet" won't even load the web search results. I have to tether my phone. Anyway, unless you feel you have no need for heating, don't stay here.
