Like many other low reviews that Driverselect has gotten on here, I got the same poor experience. I arrived there and test drove cars. Everything was going pretty smoothly, but once I tried to purchase the car, my agent became rather distant.
He took all my information but due to difficulties in their system, I could not continue with my purchase. I was told that he would send me my quotes and financing information. He did not send anything or reach out to me.
Called him the next day to remind him about the purchase and he told me he would call me back in 5min. He did not call me back.
The day after that, the reception followed up with me and I requested about the purchase. While she promised me to have my agent contact me, you can probably guess, nothing materialized.
This has been the most frustrating dealer I have ever dealt, and it is a shame for a company to treat its guest like this.
