Its easier to break into Fort Knox than it is to cancel your membership at National Fitness. The staff have no clue about the process and every time I call membership services there's another hoop to jump through. It just a gym membership, let me pay my cancellation fee and move on. Of all the headaches that come with being relocated for work, this has been the biggest.

Update: I emailed both the GM Paul Watson and the Vice President Randy Williams expressing my concerns, neither of which chose to respond. Their blatant disregard for customer service is appalling.

Update 2: After providing National Fitness with a letter form my employer, a signed housing lease, and $200, they are still saying we have insufficient proof required for cancellation. How is that possible? Its exactly the documentation they asked for. Been trying to cancel this membership for 3 months. And ignore National Fitness's comment on this review, you can email Paul all you want, he'll never respond.
