I regret purchasing 2020 Season Passes for my family. Every staff member we interacted with seemed to despise their job and the park guests as a consequence. I will gladly shell out money for overpriced items if I feel like a valued customer. When I feel like an inconvenience, though, all bets are off.

I would like to be clear that this problem does not originate with front line staff. Due to the pervasiveness of the issue, it is clearly caused by poor management and training. I implore Cedar Fair to take a hard look at their staffing policies or change their "best day" slogan. It is impossible to deliver on a quality experience when most of your staff appears disengaged at best and seriously depressed at worst.
