Seriously, the quality of service is 0. I call to ask if they have a printer cable I am told "we are a bookstore" twice while being pissed off. The lady needed to get out of the phone to hit me and curse me because I asked a bookstore if they have a cable. She could have said to me Sorry, we're a bookstore and we don't sell that kind of stuff . I even think a star is a lot to them.
