On Thursday January 31, I called your dealership in a panic. We had purchased a Volvo last year (we love it), but had a problem opening the trunk.
I believe I had groceries that somehow were leaning up against the mechanism and interfering with the trunk opening.
I had an urgent meeting the next afternoon, and needed my laptop (which was locked in the trunk).
I was connected to one of your sales man (Steve, sorry, I do not have his last name) who was just wonderful.
He tried to walk my husband through a few steps, but when that failed, he set up a service call for first thing in the morning, A few moments later, he called again with another possible solution and it worked.
I want to let you know how service like this just fosters our loyalty to your dealership.
We have 2 friends that lease Volvos from you, and I made sure that they knew of the excellent service we received.
