We travel mostly for pleasure, not business, but we are Marriott members and often stay with the chain. I cannot begin to express how attentive the staff at this hotel is. You couldn't stand around for a second without someone asking how they can be of service. And it is done very genuinely. Once I got home I realized that I left 2 chargers plugged into the wall. I called the evening of checkout and left a message. I called the next morning to follow up and the items already had been retrieved and packaged. No charge to send them back via UPS Ground. Two days after our stay, I realized that I had lost an earring in the room. I figured it was long gone. The next day, we received the package with the chargers AND my missing earring. That pretty much blew my mind. Location is perfect for downtown attractions and the Metro is right there. FYI Wifi is free for Marriott Reward members!
