Giving this company just 1 star makes me uncomfort...

Giving this company just 1 star makes me uncomfortable. If you are looking to rent through Housesmart, PLEASE! Do your research!! I'd suggest reading reviews on Facebook too. Anything above 1 star is left from people who have either bought or sold houses, not renters! They have their owm staff members leaving reviews, one can only presume as an attempt to lift the 2.9 star rating on Facebook. Believe what you read in regards to renting through these guys. Unprofessional, unorganized and treat their Tennants like scum of the earth from the day a lease is signed.

Have they all actually been to court? With Housesmart winning and tennant evicted? Or do you guys make everything so difficult for tennants that by the time it gets to court, they would rather be homeless than to have to spend another day dealing with Housesmart and then the case is rejected anyway because the property managers are unorganised and taking shortcuts with legal paperwork.
