Everyone we spoke to in the shop was very helpful. We rented a road bike to use during the Miami 70.3 and the staff was very patient as we tested a few set-ups to find the right size. We received great support at the shop and then after the race when we returned the bike. Glad to know they have such a great online store so even in NY, we can be patrons to this great bike shop. Thank you to Chris and Sandy for their superb support on race day.
